External vehicle mileage logging, fleet customer vehicle imports and additional CRM tools

✨ New features

Vehicle mileage logging (Netherlands only)

• Added ability to log vehicle mileage with RDW at various points in the job sheet process To begin using this feature, go to Integrations -> RDW mileage with your RDW account details and access certificate For enabled garages, mileage logging can be done:
  • When creating a job sheet
  • On the job sheet edit page
  • On the vehicle edit page
  • On a job sheet's linked invoice

Job sheets

• Job sheets can now be created in intervals of 5 minutes This was previously limited to 15-minute intervals

Check-in app

• Dealer provided check-ins will now also display on the daily check-in report (e.g. via the job sheet information modal on the calendar) Previously, only direct check-ins via the customer check-in app were displayed

Customers / vehicles

• Additional vehicles can be imported for a single customer (e.g. fleet customers) via the customer import tool To add multiple vehicles, include additional vehicle rows in the CSV file below the required customer, with the vehicle details provided and customer details left blank Previously, only one vehicle per customer could be imported at a time
• Customer CSV import tool now validates the template format before proceeding with the import, providing clearer error messages if the format is incorrect
• Manual vehicle mileage submissions will now default to the last known mileage for that vehicle

Config

• A garage logo can now be uploaded by garages themselves, via Config -> Additional config pages -> Upload logo Custom logos will display on the check-in app, invoices and vehicle health check reports

• The user interface for the daily job sheet report and search has been improved for clarity and ease of use

Vehicles

• Mileage history now includes any mileage values logged via MOT/APK history
• Mileage history also includes any RDW mileage logging (Netherlands only)

International

• Updated wording around bays and work items to be more appropriate in Dutch

• Updated datepickers to be fully translated with new language setup
• Fixed issue w/ certain vehicle type values being improperly handled in MOT reminder generation
