Job sheet parts ordering, multi-factor authentication and a refreshed look

Job sheets

  • You can now search for and order parts (via Brightmotive & OpenWebs) directly from a job sheet - previously this was only possible from a draft quote Access this via job sheet edit page -> Order parts External parts ordering is only available for garages with a parts catalogue integration enabled (Brightmotive & OpenWebs), contact our support team for assistance
  • Job sheet line item templates can now be assigned a category, which will be used for reporting and accounting purposes (accounting will be added in a future update)

Quote / job builder

  • Added OpenWebs as a new parts catalogue integration option for the quote builder, alongside the existing Brightmotive integration

Security

  • Added multi-factor authentication (MFA) support for user accounts

Localisation

  • Added full Spanish language support, including translated email and SMS templates
  • Added full Portuguese language support, including translated email and SMS templates

Look & feel

  • Refreshed the overall look and feel of the system, including updated colours, fonts and form control styling to match Klipboard branding
  • Various multi-row tables (e.g. Invoice settings -> Additional links) now use a "ghost row", instead of a separate add button
  • Condensed the left-hand navigation, with a more compact horizontal drawer for child items
  • Moved the garage selector to the header alongside a refreshed logo
  • Redesigned the configuration page for a cleaner layout
  • Added new icon options to the service widget

🔧 Improvements

Vehicles

  • Added support for additional vehicle fuel types (e.g. "Bi-fuel"), along with further body type handling, following updates from our vehicle data providers

Quote / job builder

  • The "Configure" link on the parts catalogue section now links to each catalogue's own settings page individually

Account & admin

  • The location ID is now shown again in the account area
  • The language selector now pulls from the same shared language list used elsewhere in the system, with a new priority option so admins can control display order
